Introducing Fishhawk

“I mentioned this band in my song of the week about a 10 days ago. I thought I would take a step back and try to re-introduce them a little more properly, to help them garner some of the attention they deserve. Hailing from Atlanta, they have one self produced album under their belts, and a new album entitled Bells Underwater, prepping for release in early 2009. Mixing elements of rock, rap, soul, and hip-hop, they are tough band to nail down, but are certainly an interesting band to take in. It’s likely they have blurred the lines enough that the fan base will be as diverse as their influences. They have no drummer, just an ipod playing tracks and no bass player which makes for an unique stage presence. Below is an interview with the band, and some leaks from the album.“

  2. FishHawk in concert is a sight to see. Great lights, Great music, and Great FishHawk. Jeffy puts on a great show too. These guys are nuts and usually if I am wearing pants at the beginning of the concert, I end up with no pants on.
